GDS Ticketing Staff - Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo

Citylink Travel is seeking a dedicated GDS Ticketing Staff member proficient in Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo systems to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing passenger reservations, fare pricing, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience in airline ticketing operations and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Passenger Name Record (PNR) management, airfare pricing, and GDS queue management. Leading a team of five individuals, this position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate work to achieve optimal operational flow. The successful candidate plays a critical role in ensuring smooth airline ticketing processes by effectively using GDS platforms for reservations and ticket management. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex ticketing scenarios including fare rules application and schedule changes. Working within a fast-paced travel environment, the GDS Ticketing Staff will contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate documentation and timely ticket processing while managing team responsibilities to meet company service standards.
Responsibilities

Handle airline reservations and PNR creation/management using Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
Issue, reissue, exchange, refund and void airline tickets.
Check fare rules, availability and pricing accurately.
Handle airline schedule changes and ticketing issues.
Provide ticketing support to B2B travel agents via phone and email.
Ensure all bookings and tickets comply with airline/GDS rules and policies.
Maintain accurate ticketing and reservation records.
Resolve booking and ticketing issues quickly and efficiently.
