We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to manage and oversee civil engineering projects within the LNH. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site preparation and construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to align project outcomes with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a hands-on approach to site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil engineering projects from initiation through completion, including site preparation and construction oversight. Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within established timelines and budgets. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, regularly monitoring progress against key milestones. Conduct frequent site visits and inspections to verify that work complies with quality standards and project specifications. Ensure strict adherence to quality, environmental, and safety management system requirements throughout all project phases. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including records, reports, and other relevant materials.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized engineering institution. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in essential software tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel is required.
