A well-established project based in Karachi is looking to hire an experienced Civil Supervisor and Surveyor with a solid background in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to independently manage civil projects from start to finish. Strong communication skills and proficiency in report writing are critical for this role. The position demands a comprehensive understanding of work procedures, effective manpower planning to meet project deadlines, and familiarity with technical aspects such as Bar Bending Schedule (B.B.S), Field Density Test (FDT), and various inspection requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently oversee and manage civil projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate manpower allocation to efficiently achieve project objectives.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed reports and documentation related to project progress, inspections, and compliance.
- Utilize expertise in B.B.S, FDT, and inspection protocols to uphold project specifications and standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in civil supervision and surveying within the Oil & Gas industry.
