Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide detailed information about Clarity Aesthetics services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using basic computer software.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary to ensure resolution.
Lead and support a small team member by monitoring their interactions and offering constructive feedback for improvement.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Assist in organizing and coordinating client appointments and service schedules as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Stay updated on company services and promotions to communicate effectively with clients.
