The Psychologist, Employee Well-being plays a vital role in fostering a healthy and supportive work environment by promoting psychological health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being among employees. This position involves providing confidential counseling services, assisting with stress management, preventing burnout, and supporting employees through workplace conflicts. Additionally, the role includes designing and implementing mental health initiatives that align with the organization’s values and policies, ensuring a holistic approach to employee wellness.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide confidential psychological counseling and support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.
- Develop and implement stress management programs aimed at reducing workplace stress and enhancing employee resilience.
- Identify early signs of burnout and intervene with appropriate strategies to support affected individuals.
- Offer guidance and mediation support to resolve workplace conflicts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Design, promote, and evaluate mental health initiatives and wellness programs that align with organizational goals and policies.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to integrate psychological well-being into broader employee engagement and health strategies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all counseling and support activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of well-being programs, recommending improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational psychology and employee wellness.

Required Qualifications

- A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional licensure or certification as a psychologist, where applicable.
- Proven experience in providing psychological counseling and support within an organizational or occupational setting.
- Strong knowledge of stress management techniques, burnout prevention, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate mental health and well-being programs.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in psychological practice.
