CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is well-suited for candidates with up to six months of experience in CNC machine operation who are eager to develop their skills in a hands-on environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with project specifications.
- Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials needed for each job.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems promptly to the maintenance team.

Required Qualifications:
- Up to six months of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to CNC machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
