This position does not involve team management but demands strong independent work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements and service tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell dental equipment by engaging potential and existing clients in the field.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits of dental devices.
- Manage the installation of dental equipment at client locations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on dental machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with dental devices, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Maintain accurate service records and sales documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, dental equipment technology, and competitor products.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer operations and software related to customer relationship management and service reporting.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines while performing fieldwork and technical servicing.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage work schedules efficiently to cover assigned territories and meet service response targets.
