Computer House is seeking a skilled React Native Developer with at least three years of experience in hybrid mobile application development. The ideal candidate will specialize in building high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS using React Native. This role focuses on writing clean, efficient code, integrating APIs, debugging, and optimizing app performance to ensure smooth and reliable functionality across devices. Familiarity with both native development technologies like Swift and Kotlin enhances the ability to work closely with native components and extend functionality.
The candidate will work within an Agile team environment dedicated to continuous integration and deployment practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences while adhering to best practices in mobile app development and testing. This position does not involve managing a team but requires strong self-management skills and the ability to contribute effectively to a collaborative development process.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in mobile development.
- Integrate third-party APIs and in-house services to enhance mobile app functionalities.
- Debug application issues and improve application performance to provide an optimal user experience.
- Work within Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review sessions.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to memory management, API latency, and responsiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, particularly in React Native and native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) ecosystems.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop testing strategies and ensure thorough test coverage across devices and platforms.
