Concept Art Intern (Morning & Night Shift)

Wigatech Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Concept Art Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students, aspiring artists, and recent graduates to gain practical experience in concept art, character and environment design, and visual development. Key Responsibilities
- Create concept art and visual ideas based on project requirements and creative briefs.
- Develop character concepts, environments, props, and other visual elements for various projects.
- Produce rough sketches, thumbnails, and visual explorations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Assist senior artists with developing and refining concepts.
- Conduct research on visual references, styles, themes, and artistic inspirations.
- Experiment with compositions, color palettes, shapes, and design ideas.
- Revise artwork according to feedback from the creative team.
- Maintain organized project files and artwork.
- Collaborate closely with animators, designers, and other team members.
- Follow project guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Continuously learn new techniques and improve artistic skills.

Required Qualifications
- Students, recent graduates, and fresh artists are encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for concept art and digital illustration.
- Basic understanding of drawing, sketching, anatomy, perspective, composition, and color theory.
- Familiarity with character and environment design is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital art software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Krita, Clip Studio Paint, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret and work from creative briefs and references.
- Good observation skills and visual communication abilities.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Openness to constructive feedback and ability to revise work accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
