Sales Manager (Fire Protection) - Lahore Headoffice

Conexus Industrial Solutions & Engineering seeks an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for its MEP & Fire Protection division at the Lahore Headoffice. The successful candidate will lead business development and sales initiatives focusing on delivering Fire Protection and MEP solutions to corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety systems, MEP industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles and client relationships. The Sales Manager will operate in a dynamic environment, developing effective sales strategies while ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Managing a team of seven professionals, the manager will coordinate across departments to achieve sales goals and contribute to the strategic growth of the division. The role demands an individual who thrives in a B2B sales setting, with at least two years of relevant experience in Fire Protection, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, or Engineering Solutions sales. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and preparing comprehensive commercial proposals. Strong communication skills and a network within the industry are essential. The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales process from lead generation through tender participation, client relationship management, and finalizing sales, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with technical and commercial standards.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets within the MEP and Fire Protection sectors.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and networking, focusing on the Fire Protection and MEP industries.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and key decision-makers to enhance business growth.
• Promote comprehensive fire protection solutions including Fire Alarm and Detection systems, Fire Suppression technologies, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler systems, Fire Pumps, FM-200, Kitchen Fire Suppression, and associated services.
• Conduct detailed client meetings, site evaluations, and technical presentations to assess project requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with estimation and technical teams to prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and upcoming project developments to identify and capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure diligent follow-up and conversion of prospects through consistent communication and negotiation.
• Coordinate with Projects, Estimation, Design, Procurement, and Finance departments to facilitate smooth sales process execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal negotiation, deal closure, and effective client handover.
• Represent the company during tender processes, prequalification exercises, vendor registrations, and client or consultant registrations to secure contracts.
• Keep comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities for accurate reporting and strategic planning.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of seven sales professionals to foster a productive and motivated sales force.
• Contribute to the development of long-term sales strategies and business plans to strengthen the Fire Divisions market position and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including NFPA guidelines, and uphold high levels of professional and ethical conduct in all sales activities.
