We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Consultant Clinical Haematologist. This role is integral to the development and enhancement of clinical haematology services within the Shaukat Khanum healthcare system in Peshawar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for patients with both benign and malignant haematological disorders. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including pathologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, physicians from various specialties, and allied health professionals, will be essential to ensure holistic patient management and service development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert clinical care to patients with haematological conditions in both outpatient clinics and inpatient wards.
- Develop and expand clinical haematology services within the hospital system, contributing to service improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and documentation in line with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to teaching and training activities within the department.
- Foster strong, empathetic relationships with patients and their families, ensuring clear communication and compassionate care.

Required Qualifications
- MRCP (UK) and FRCPath (Haematology) with a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in clinical haematology.
- Alternatively, Diplomate of the American Board in Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty board certification in haematology.
- Full and unencumbered registration as a medical practitioner with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
- Demonstrated extensive experience managing a broad spectrum of haematological conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
