This full-time position is based at the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Peshawar. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated consultant head and neck surgeon to join the Department of Surgical Oncology. The successful candidate will share the workload as a full-time consultant, providing expert surgical care for patients with head and neck cancers. The role requires a professional trained in ENT/ORL or maxillofacial surgery (dual-qualified) with a strong focus on head and neck oncology. The surgeon will be responsible for managing all aspects of head and neck surgical oncology, adhering to teamwork principles and established clinical guidelines. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including anaesthetists, oncologists, and physicians, is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive head and neck surgical oncology procedures in line with current best practices.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary site-specific teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Support and participate in the training and development of junior colleagues and surgical trainees.
