Lead Generation & Cold Outreach Executive

We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Lead Generation & Cold Outreach Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting cold outreach, qualifying prospects, and generating relevant business opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on our ideal customer profile.
Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Engage with prospects professionally and understand their business needs.
Ask relevant qualifying questions before forwarding prospects to the sales team.
Schedule qualified meetings and ensure proper handover of lead information.
Follow up with prospects consistently and maintain accurate records.
Update lead status and outreach activities in CRM or other tracking tools.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and outreach strategies.
Meet daily and monthly lead generation and outreach targets.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in lead generation, cold outreach, telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, and online lead research.
Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
Strong research and prospecting skills.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Experience with CRM tools or lead management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct effective cold calls and email outreach campaigns to generate new business leads.
Qualify leads according to specific criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Utilize lead qualification techniques to prioritize high-potential prospects for further engagement.
Manage the customer relationship management system to keep accurate records of outreach activities and track lead status.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales cycle.
Set appointments and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team to facilitate deal progression.
Continuously analyze and improve cold calling and outreach techniques based on feedback and results.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to synchronize lead generation efforts and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Maintain a consistent and professional communication style that represents ContactVA’s brand and value proposition.
Monitor and report on outreach campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
