We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Pakistani / Desi cuisine, including BBQ, Handi, Biryani, Paratha Rolls, and gravies, with a focus on taste consistency, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:-
Plan, prepare, and oversee daily food production

Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation

Manage and supervise kitchen staff and helpers

Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Control food cost, wastage, and inventory

Coordinate with management for menu planning and specials

Ensure timely preparation for dine-in and delivery orders

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a restaurant

Strong command of Pakistani / Desi cuisine (BBQ, Biryani, Handi, Rolls)

Ability to manage kitchen operations under pressure
