The candidate will be responsible for the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept through to delivery and post-launch support. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of five mobile developers to deliver high-quality applications on schedule.
Design, develop, and maintain native and cross-platform mobile applications using technologies including Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native.
Implement and optimize REST API integrations to ensure seamless communication between mobile applications and backend services.
Coordinate and execute end-to-end mobile app testing to identify issues and enhance performance.
Manage the deployment process for both iOS and Android applications, ensuring compliance with App Store and Google Play requirements.
Utilize code versioning tools like Git to maintain code integrity across development and production environments.
Automate release processes using tools such as Fastlane to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Oversee iOS code signing, provisioning profiles, and Android SDK configurations including Jetpack Compose and Android Jetpack components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and backend engineering to define and fulfill application requirements.
Mentor junior developers and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development to continuously innovate and improve applications.
