A leading healthcare company with its Head Office in Karachi is hiring Courier Riders for Islamabad & Rawalpindi. Riders will operate between Islamabad and Rawalpindi (inter-city zones) as per delivery routes assigned.
Salary & Compensation
Total Monthly Salary: PKR 25,000, structured as follows:
- Basic Wages: PKR 11,500
- Maintenance Allowance: PKR 2,500
- Attendance Allowance: PKR 10,000 (subject to full attendance)
- Mobile Allowance: PKR 1,000
Additional Benefits
- Fuel Allowance: 1 litre per working day
- Commission: PKR 350 per successfully delivered parcel
- Far Distance Allowance: PKR 300 (Applicable when delivery zone is officially changed, e.g., Islamabad to Rawalpindi or vice versa)
Job Requirements
- Valid motorcycle & driving license
- Familiarity with Islamabad & Rawalpindi routes
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts
