Creative Security & IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This position requires an individual with strong skills in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and tax preparation to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with applicable regulations. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate bookkeeping, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and managing month-end and year-end closing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is essential to efficiently handle daily financial transactions and report generation. The successful candidate will lead and manage a small team of four finance professionals, fostering collaboration and consistent adherence to accounting standards. This role demands a high level of organization and the ability to coordinate multiple financial activities including cash management, bank reconciliations, and payroll assistance. The Accountant will contribute significantly to the financial health by ensuring timely invoice preparation, outstanding payment follow-ups, and comprehensive expense documentation.
Responsibilities

Prepare and issue customer invoices, bills, and payment receipts accurately and promptly.
Maintain daily cash book and manage petty cash transactions efficiently.
Record all cash, bank, and online financial transactions in accounting systems.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Conduct follow-ups on outstanding customer payments to maintain optimal cash flow.
Reconcile bank statements and cash balances regularly to ensure accuracy of records.
Maintain detailed purchase and sales records aligned with company procedures.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support business decisions.
Maintain and organize vouchers, expense records, and supporting financial documents.
Assist in payroll preparation, tax record keeping, and compliance activities as required.
Ensure accounting software and Microsoft Excel records are up to date and accurate.
Lead and supervise a team of four finance staff, providing guidance and support to meet departmental goals.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and reporting requirements.
