Graphic Designer

Creatu Group is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance user experience. This role involves designing brand identities, user interfaces, and other visual assets utilizing industry-standard software tools. The Graphic Designer will lead a team of two, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly, collaboratively, and meet the companys quality standards. The Graphic Designer must have strong communication skills to clearly convey design concepts and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Leadership abilities are essential to guide and mentor team members, manage project workflows, and foster a productive and creative environment. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for design innovation and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Develop original graphic designs and visual concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
Create and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all company communications.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and provide intuitive user experiences for digital products.
Lead and manage a team of two designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Review and approve designs and layouts prepared by team members to maintain high quality and alignment with project goals.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to both team members and stakeholders.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve visual communication strategies.
