Video Editor Mid Level

Creatu Group is seeking a skilled Mid Level Video Editor to join our creative team. This role requires at least two years of experience in video editing and a strong command of editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Pro X. The ideal candidate possesses a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling raw footage, applying color grading and correction, and refining audio to produce engaging video content that meets the companys creative vision. In this position, you will collaborate closely with other members of the creative team, ensuring that all video materials are polished and finalized according to project requirements. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs. Your expertise in video editing and post-production workflows will be key to delivering compelling stories through visuals and sound.
Responsibilities

Edit video footage by selecting and assembling shots into a coherent and visually appealing sequence.
Apply advanced color grading techniques to enhance the visual tone and mood of the videos using industry-standard workflows.
Perform audio editing to ensure clear sound quality and proper synchronization with video content.
Utilize Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Pro X software to execute precise edits and implement creative effects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and future use.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and techniques in video editing and post-production.
Ensure all video content complies with the company's style guidelines and brand identity.
Troubleshoot technical issues with editing software and workflows to maintain smooth production processes.
