Crescent Bahuman Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Officer Pd Specs to join the product development team. This role focuses on reviewing and documenting product specifications to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in examining product development processes and preparing clear, comprehensive documentation that supports product quality and compliance. This position plays a critical role in bridging the technical and operational teams by accurately translating technical requirements into actionable specifications. In this role, the Officer Pd Specs leads a team of 10 persons, overseeing their work to maintain precision and consistency across all product documentation and quality assurance processes. The candidate coordinates with multiple departments to ensure products meet quality benchmarks and comply with industry standards. This leadership responsibility includes mentoring team members and driving continuous process improvements to enhance documentation accuracy and product specification clarity.
Responsibilities

Review product development processes and gather relevant data to create comprehensive product specifications.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation that clearly communicates product features, requirements, and compliance standards.
Perform quality assurance checks to verify that product specifications align with company and industry quality standards.
Analyze product data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in product documentation.
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
Lead and manage a team of 10 persons, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards in documentation.
Establish best practices and standard operating procedures for the review and creation of product specifications.
Ensure all product specifications comply with regulatory and customer requirements.
Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Monitor documentation progress and report status to senior management.
Continuously evaluate and improve the documentation process through feedback and industry research.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and updates effectively.
