- Prepare technical reports for training.
- Review test plans and procedures. Track progress against schedule, identify deficiencies and resolve.
- Review and track test logs and change requests. Work to ensure timely resolution to test logs following the engineering change notice (ECN) process.
- Reviews and prepares various technical deliverables including test procedures, correlations / as-builts, requests for information (RFI), derogations, and Field Change Notices (FCN).
- Monitors, tracks and reports weekly testing progress and weekly engineering issues logs.
- Technical review of specifications and other bid documents together with construction input.
- Maintains robust engineering / technical submission processes & procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project engineering.
- Experience testing complex electrical / electronic controls systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong Technical writing.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to a broad number of engineering fields (Electrical, Civil, and Project)
- Experience with railway signals, controls, and communication.
- Familiar with electrical wiring drawings
