Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as International Sales & Customer Success Specialists based in Karachi. This role focuses on supporting US-based clients primarily through calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position operates on a night shift starting at 6:00 AM and offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities tied to performance, providing a rewarding compensation package.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of calls and chats from customers in the US, efficiently managing inquiries and resolving problems.
- Deliver accurate information and troubleshoot issues with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
- Use CRM systems and other support tools to document and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Maintain clear and effective communication, demonstrating excellent English skills with a clear American accent.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Matriculation/O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong English communication skills are essential, with a clear American accent to ensure smooth interactions with US clients.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred; however, fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.

This full-time role is based on Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, with 20 vacancies available. The base salary is Rs. 100,000 per month, with additional commissions on sales that can increase total monthly earnings to between Rs. 130,000 and Rs. 150,000, depending on individual performance.
