The Telesales Officer plays a vital role in driving the companys sales growth by converting leads into loyal customers and maintaining ongoing customer engagement. Responsibilities include following up on leads, handling customer queries professionally, and maintaining detailed records of calls and sales activities. Success in this role requires being target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing time efficiently to maximize sales outcomes while representing D Legal Immigration Solicitors LLP with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote company products and services.
