Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide product information and answer questions from customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
