Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through meticulous bookkeeping and data entry.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely invoice processing and payment collections.
Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial information and detect discrepancies.
Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to manage and track company financial transactions effectively.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during financial audits.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable to reduce outstanding debts and improve cash flow.
Maintain thorough documentation and filing of financial records for easy retrieval and reporting.
Support the finance team with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for better data visualization and financial tracking.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts by gathering relevant financial data and reports.
