We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Operator to become a valuable part of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong English communication skills and solid computer proficiency, with the ability to enter and manage data accurately and efficiently. This role demands a responsible individual who can uphold data integrity, meet deadlines consistently, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within company systems and Google Sheets.
- Review and verify data to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies found in the data.
- Maintain and organize records and documents in a systematic manner.
- Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members as required.
- Ensure all data entry work is performed accurately and delivered on time.
Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good typing speed paired with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Solid computer literacy and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates with prior data entry experience will have an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Mustafa Town, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- The salary range for this role is Rs 1,111.00 to Rs 12,121.00 per month.
