We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee data collection, entry, and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date information management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms, keeping meticulous records, and assisting in the preparation of performance reports. This position demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines in an on-site work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect data and verify the accuracy of all information gathered.
- Enter data promptly into the Management Information System (MIS) and ensure the database remains current.
- Maintain and update profiles of private providers within the FLAME system, accurately reflecting their status.
- Analyze data and verify its integrity by cross-checking source documents for accuracy.
- Input data from source documents into designated computer databases, files, and forms.
- Conduct monthly performance analysis using FLAME and prepare reports for the Field Officer.
- Respond promptly to information requests and access relevant files as needed.
- Review completed work thoroughly to identify and correct errors or duplicates before submission.
- Maintain detailed records of tasks and proofread reports to ensure accuracy.
- Take responsibility for the care of office equipment and ensure stationery supplies are adequately stocked.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Complete all assigned tasks within established deadlines.
- Maintain proper filing of office records.
- Keep accurate records of staff attendance and leave.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate education level, Bachelor’s degree, or a relevant qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role involving data management and administrative support.
