We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI and data visualization to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and report-writing abilities, along with strong organizational skills. Experience working with healthcare data is highly desirable. This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making, analyzing data to uncover trends, and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders. The candidate will also play a key role in managing internal and external communications, including crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to support the operations team.
- Analyze and manage data using SQL to ensure accurate data collection, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Present data findings clearly to stakeholders, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide support for ad-hoc data analysis requests.
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies, including the creation of newsletters, press releases, and management of social media channels.
- Engage with stakeholders by organizing meetings and maintaining consistent communication across all relevant parties.
- Manage crisis communication efforts while ensuring compliance with organizational communication protocols.
- Create program-related reports, briefs, brochures, human-interest stories, and high-quality visual content.
- Lead program events and workshops, and assist in maintaining a comprehensive communication calendar.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Strong command of SQL for data analysis and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise reports and create compelling visual content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working with healthcare data is a plus.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage communication channels professionally.
