Davis Pharmaceutical Laboratories is seeking a dedicated Sales Force Effectiveness Officer to join the Distribution department at the Head Office. This role requires a proactive individual who will act as the central liaison between the IKON technical team and various internal departments. The officer will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and ongoing administration of the IKON System, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of information critical to the systems success. The position demands strong skills in data management, stakeholder coordination, and proficiency with multiple sales force automation systems including SFA and CRM platforms.
This role involves extensive interaction with distribution, sales, IT, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution, testing, training, and issue resolution related to system deployment. Candidates should hold a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a relevant field, and possess between one to three years of experience in sales force effectiveness, distribution operations, management information systems, or similar system implementations. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, coordination, analytical abilities, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. This role does not include team management responsibilities but requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation process of the IKON System by acting as the main interface between the IKON technical team and internal departments.
- Collect, verify, and organize operational and master data essential for accurate system configuration.
- Liaise closely with Distribution, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure all implementation activities are completed on schedule.
- Support the system testing process and assist with user onboarding and training coordination to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within the IKON System, promptly addressing any anomalies or issues to support continuous system reliability.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to implementation progress, system changes, and data management activities.
- Assist in post-implementation activities including troubleshooting system issues, facilitating updates, and enhancing overall system usability.
- Implement project coordination efforts such as planning and execution of tasks to support timeline adherence and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional coordination efforts to foster collaboration and communication among different departments involved in the IKON System administration.
- Perform detailed sales data analysis and data verification to ensure accuracy and reliability of information feeding into the sales force automation systems.
- Utilize knowledge of SFA and CRM systems to recommend continuous improvements for sales force effectiveness and operational workflow.
