Dawat-e-Hadiyah is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager for its Sports Facility. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the arcade and sports areas, ensuring all games function smoothly and guests enjoy a safe and entertaining environment. The Floor Manager leads a team of five staff members, providing clear guidance and support to maintain high service standards and efficient floor management. The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience and sports-related background to understand the dynamics of the environment. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, event coordination, handling technical aspects of game operation, and fostering excellent communication and interpersonal relationships among staff and visitors. The Floor Manager works closely with the management team to implement improvements and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring all arcade games and sports facilities are fully operational and safe for participants.
- Lead and manage a team of five staff members by setting clear performance goals, providing training, and conducting regular evaluations.
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts and during special events.
- Maintain technical knowledge to troubleshoot and assist in the operation of arcade games and related equipment effectively.
- Organize and manage sports and recreational events to maximize guest engagement and facility use.
- Develop and enforce safety and operational policies to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
- Communicate proactively with team members and management to address operational challenges and improve service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance visitor satisfaction.
- Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain necessary equipment and supplies.
- Compile reports on operations, staff performance, and event outcomes to support management decision-making.
