This position requires a strong foundation in food science and quality control procedures to monitor materials, production processes, and finished goods rigorously. The role involves maintaining comprehensive quality records and ensuring compliance with established food safety and hygiene regulations. The candidate supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality issues early and implementing effective corrective actions.
This role does not involve managing a team but requires excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with various production units and research and development teams. Responsibilities include conducting product testing, supporting R&D trials, and developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and quality checklists. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field and have relevant experience in research and development within the food and beverage industry.
