Dawn Leather Industries is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting and finance, with strong knowledge of banking, payroll, taxation, budgeting, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily accounting operations independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and banking records.
- Prepare company budgets, cash flow, and financial records.
- Process monthly payroll and salaries.
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and received goods, and process supplier payments.
- Follow up on pending purchase requirements, maintain purchase status reports, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Prepare sales tax documentation and related records.
- Manage accounts payable functions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries.
- Prepare summaries for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and confidentiality of financial records.
