Day & Night Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead the operations of a small residential hotel located in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be honest, hardworking, and capable of managing daily activities efficiently to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards. This role requires a responsible individual who can oversee staff, handle administrative duties, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests. The position involves working from 9 AM to 9 PM with one day off per week, and meals will be provided during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of the residential hotel to ensure seamless daily functioning
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to maintain excellent guest satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks related to hotel management, including record-keeping and reporting
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards are consistently upheld throughout the premises
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies necessary for hotel operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive guest experience
- Assist with marketing efforts, especially through computer-based platforms when applicable

Required Qualifications:
- Male candidate aged between 30 and 48 years
- Graduate with proven experience in management roles, preferably in hospitality or related fields
- Permanent resident of Karachi
- Honest, hardworking, and capable of leading a small hotel independently
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Own a motorcycle for commuting purposes
- Basic car driving skills are preferred

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with computers and marketing through digital platforms is an advantage

- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month
