Video Editor

Dee Creative Media is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team on a full-time, night-shift basis at our office in Nazimabad, Karachi. In this role, you will work closely with international clientsprimarily across real estate, wedding film, and social media media nichesto craft high-retention, cinematic video content.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical editing skills, an sharp eye for color grading (SLOG3/Log/RAW profiles), dynamic sound design, and clean pacing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with guaranteed 2448 hour turnaround targets, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Video Assembly & Editing: Cut and edit raw video footage for high-impact social media Reels, short-form content, real estate walkthroughs, wedding highlight films, and corporate videos.
Color Grading & Enhancement: Apply professional color transforms, SLOG3/Log grading, skin tone correction, and visual style matching to maintain luxury aesthetic standards.
Audio & Sound Design: Perform multi-track audio cleanup, dialogue leveling, sound effects insertion, and music beat-matching.
Graphics & Motion: Integrate dynamic captions, lower thirds, speed ramps, smooth transitions, and visual enhancements using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Quality & Turnarounds: Manage daily editing queues while maintaining a strict 2448 hour delivery timeline without sacrificing client specifications or overall production value.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the post-production team on-site in the Nazimabad office to ensure workflow efficiency during night-shift operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in video editing (portfolio/showreel required).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Comfort working full-time night shift hours on-site in Nazimabad, Karachi.
Strong attention to narrative flow, pacing, and visual storytelling.
