We are seeking a results-driven Customer Sales Representative to support inbound and outbound sales efforts during peak demand periods, marketing campaigns, and new onboardings.
The ideal candidate will confidently explain & qualify leads, and convert prospects into successful leads while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
- Explain Tameer.ai platform features, AI tools, and service packages clearly
- Qualify prospects (buyers, investors, contractors)
- Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
- Support product platform and promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable explaining digital products and AI solutions
- Ability to work flexible, on-call schedules
- Required Skills

- CRM proficiency
- Digital literacy (comfortable with apps, dashboards, AI platforms)
- Strong customer relationship management

Location: Near Expo Johar Town, Lahore
