• Update organograms on a monthly basis and ensure the hiring is in accordance with the approved org chart.
  • Share 5 best available resources with the HR Manager within 1 week after hiring requirement is shared with the HR Team
  • Coordinate with the relevant department to obtain specifications and description of the job that the hiring is being done for.
  • Obtain necessary management approvals before finalizing the selection process.
  • Update JD and Job Specification of vacancy before position is advertised
  • Assist Manager HR to create a Salary and Benefits comparison grid of vacant positions to identify internal equity/ salary range
  • Assist Manager HR to create interview guidelines for selection across different departments including defining interview panels, remarks for evaluation and recommendations
