As our Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying relevant job postings, crafting compelling proposals, and securing projects that align with our expertise. Your goal is to generate $1,000 – $1,500 in monthly business revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively search and filter relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized, persuasive proposals that convert
Communicate with potential clients and handle initial inquiries
Maintain a strong response rate and proposal-to-hire ratio
Track and report daily bidding activity and performance
Meet the monthly revenue target of $1,000 – $1,500

Responsibilities

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (preferably in web development/design niche)
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Understanding of WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce services
Ability to write client-focused, results-driven proposals
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Compensation & Rewards:
Base Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000/month (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus: 5% of total revenue generated above or within target
