Digivate Agency seeks a dedicated Affiliate Coordinator to oversee and expand its affiliate marketing channel. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in affiliate program management and digital marketing strategies. The Affiliate Coordinator plays an essential part in recruiting and nurturing relationships with various affiliates such as content sites, coupon platforms, and cashback services. With a team of 30 under management, this position requires strong leadership and project management skills to coordinate efforts effectively across multiple stakeholders and maximize program growth. The Affiliate Coordinator is responsible for tracking performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, revenue, and return on investment, providing insightful reports that inform strategic decisions. The role requires active communication as a liaison between affiliates, networks, and internal marketing teams, ensuring alignment of promotional campaigns and timely dissemination of updates. Staying informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools supports continual program enhancement. This position also contributes to supporting product launches and promotional activities by increasing affiliate exposure and exploring new growth opportunities based on thorough market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of affiliate programs across various network platforms, ensuring affiliate links, tracking, and creative assets are correctly implemented.
- Monitor compliance of affiliate activities with company brand standards and network policies to maintain program integrity.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates including content sites, coupon sites, and cashback platforms to expand the affiliate network.
- Maintain proactive communication with existing affiliates providing updates on promotions, exclusive opportunities, and performance feedback.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, revenue generation, and return on investment to optimize program results.
- Act as the primary liaison between affiliates, affiliate networks, and internal marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify affiliate marketing trends, commission structures, and innovative promotional tactics.
- Provide recommendations for new growth initiatives based on data insights and competitive analysis.
- Support product launches and marketing calendars by integrating affiliate activities that enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage a team of 30 personnel by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve program goals.
- Use project management skills to coordinate multiple affiliate projects efficiently ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop to create reports and design marketing materials that support affiliate program objectives.
