Conduct routine monitoring and supportive supervision visits to health facilities and EPI outreach sessions, including mobile outreach.
Assess service delivery using standardized monitoring tools and project indicators.
Verify health facility and immunization data through NEIR, KoBo, registers, and source documents.
Conduct Rapid Coverage Assessments (RCAs) to validate immunization coverage and identify zero-dose, due, and defaulter children.
Identify implementation gaps and support timely corrective action through on-site mentoring.
Prepare and submit monitoring reports, RCA reports, and data quality findings within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with District Health Authorities, EPI teams, and project staff to strengthen service delivery and program performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 10 persons to implement monitoring and evaluation activities aligned with Pakistan EPI guidelines and immunization service standards.
Develop, maintain, and update monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track immunization program progress and impact.
Conduct regular supportive supervision visits to health facilities to ensure compliance with immunization protocols and enhance service delivery.
Ensure data quality by validating and analyzing data collected through various tools such as KoBo Toolbox and NEIR.
Collaborate with team members and partners to coordinate data collection efforts and maintain accurate records.
Utilize MS Excel and Microsoft Office to compile, analyze, and report program data, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Identify gaps and challenges in program implementation through rigorous data analysis and suggest actionable solutions.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate monitoring findings to stakeholders and support evidence-based decision making.
Promote teamwork and accountability within the unit to enhance overall program efficiency and achieve objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan EPI guidelines, immunization schedules, and related policies to ensure alignment with national standards.
Contribute to the design and rollout of new data collection tools and methodologies to improve monitoring capacity.
Support capacity building activities for staff on data quality assurance, supportive supervision, and analytical techniques.
