Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 8 pharmacy staff members to ensure effective workflow and high-quality service.
Coordinate daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, sales support, and computer data entry.
Implement project management techniques to streamline pharmacy processes and enhance productivity using Microsoft Project.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor sales activities and support the team in meeting targets and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for pharmaceutical products and transactions.
Train and mentor new team members in pharmacy procedures and computer operation systems.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational challenges and develop solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy environment.
