Dolphin Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop its human resources department. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing a large team and leading HR functions within an international environment. This role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management with the ability to support hiring both within Pakistan and across global locations. The HR Manager will oversee a team of 30 professionals, ensuring effective workforce planning, compensation, and benefits administration to align with organizational goals. Effective communication skills are essential to drive policies, resolve conflicts, and maintain compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also champion organizational development initiatives and lead training and development programs by leveraging learning management systems and e-learning content. This position demands a proactive leader who can cultivate a positive workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and facilitate continuous learning. The successful candidate will ensure that all HR operations implement balanced scorecards and performance metrics to enhance productivity and meet strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan of Dolphin Technologies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees both locally and internationally.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 30 HR professionals to deliver efficient HR services across multiple functions.
  • Oversee employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Design and administer performance management systems to assess employee performance and facilitate career development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR practices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent competitively.
  • Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to address organizational needs and future growth.
  • Lead training and development efforts using learning management systems and create e-learning content to empower employee skill enhancement.
  • Implement organizational development initiatives to improve culture, communication, and employee satisfaction.
  • Use HR information systems to track employee data, manage workflows, and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Apply balanced scorecards and other performance metrics to monitor HR department effectiveness and align with corporate objectives.
  • Communicate HR policies and updates clearly across the organization to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced HR services and training providers effectively.
