We are hiring an Operations Coordinator to support our operations in managing order fulfillment, deliveries, vendor coordination and courier operations.

Requirements

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Organized, responsible and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
Ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile payments.
Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.

Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Starting Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
After Probation: PKR 40,000 per month after successful completion of the 3-month probation period

Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors to ensure orders are ready for dispatch on time.
Plan and manage delivery routes within Lahore.
Coordinate with delivery agents and courier companies for pickups and deliveries.
Follow up on pending and delayed orders.
Keep customers updated regarding delivery status.
Reconcile COD payments from delivery agents and couriers.
Maintain delivery records and track delivery KPIs.
