Sr. Operations Manager

Dough with the Flow, a renowned doughnut chain, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets and sales agents across multiple locations in the twin cities. The COO will be responsible for managing retail locations, sales teams, stock distribution, stock management, and Quality Assurance (QA) of retail outlets, ensuring effective fund recovery, and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successful retail and sales management experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Experience in financial management and the ability to handle fund recovery processes effectively.
• 5 to 8 years of experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing Retail Outlets:

• Oversee the operations of all retail outlets, ensuring they meet and exceed company standards for cleanliness, customer service, and product quality.
• Implement standardized operating procedures across outlets to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Work with store managers to optimize store layouts, displays, and customer flow to enhance the overall shopping experience.

2. Managing Sales Agents:

• Supervise and support the sales teams to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop sales strategies and incentive programs to motivate sales agents and drive sales growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance the sales team's performance.

3. Stock Distribution and Stock Management:

• Develop and maintain a well-organized stock distribution strategy to ensure timely and accurate replenishment to all retail outlets.
• Implement efficient stock monitoring systems and processes to track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and maintain adequate stock levels for seamless operations.
• Oversee the inventory management process to control costs and reduce wastage effectively.

4. Quality Assurance of Retail Outlets:

• Establish and enforce strict quality assurance standards across all retail outlets to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to operational guidelines and food safety regulations.
• Work closely with store managers to address any quality-related issues promptly and effectively.

5. Recovery of Funds:

• Collaborate with the finance department to develop effective fund recovery strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee the fund recovery process to minimize bad debts and enhance cash flow.
• Implement procedures to monitor overdue accounts and establish measures to collect outstanding payments.

6. Process Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.

7. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations and sales teams to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure that employees are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively.

8. Budget and Cost Control:

• Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring prudent spending and cost control.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising on quality.

9. Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with the executive team to contribute to the development and execution of the
