Dstore is seeking an experienced Shopify Store Designer to lead the design and customization of Shopify-based online stores. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Shopify theme customization, user experience design, and responsive web design to create visually appealing and high-performing e-commerce sites. You will manage a team of 11 persons, guiding them in implementing design best practices and ensuring consistency across all projects. Your ability to balance creativity with functionality will drive successful customer journeys and elevate the companys digital storefronts. As the Shopify Store Designer at Dstore, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and product management to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences. Your extensive 26 years of experience will be invaluable in mentoring your team and overseeing all aspects of store design, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing improvements. You will be responsible for ensuring that all online stores are optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across all devices.
Responsibilities

Lead the design and customization of Shopify themes to create visually attractive and user-friendly online stores.
Manage and mentor a team of 11 designers, providing guidance and professional development to enhance team performance.
Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to align store designs with brand identity and business goals.
Develop responsive web designs that ensure seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Optimize Shopify stores for usability, accessibility, and performance to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continually improve the design and functionality of online stores.
Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce design, Shopify platform updates, and industry best practices.
Oversee the implementation of custom features and integrations that improve store performance and user experience.
Create design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency and quality across all Shopify projects.
Coordinate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve design or performance issues within the storefront.
