- Wall to wall stock count on weekly basis.
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with Departments / Teams
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
- Maintains logs of all products and supplies.
- Receives store deliveries
- Make GRN Notes
- Make ISSUE Notes
- Create Gate Pass in/ out
- Issue Stock to department
- Annual, Internal and external Audits follow up
- Takes physical inventories on a regular basis, in accordance with company policy, to verify
- Inventory records and correct discrepancies
- Follow up expired, quarantine and damage stock.
- Maintain reports keeping in view internal and external audit
- Items received and original purchase order.
- Inspects items according to instructions
- Ensure Getting IGP No. and offloading Plan
- Ensuring all purchases are routed through store
