We are seeking a System Administrator who will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and development, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and monitor servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop custom scripts, automation tools, and applications to streamline system administration tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to protect sensitive data and mitigate potential security threats.
- Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems, to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration settings, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, support software development projects, and provide technical expertise.
- Set up and maintain monitoring systems to track system performance, generate reports, and proactively address any issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a System Administrator and Developer in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in system administration on various platforms (Linux, Windows, etc.).
- Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of network protocols, security, and firewall configuration.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA) are a plus.
Requirement:
- 1 or 2 years of experience Is required
- Fluent in English
