One of our organisations, Care Foundation is looking for a seasoned HR professional to head its HR Function.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent
Provide guidance and support on performance management processes, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive market positioning
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and success
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team
