Customer care specialist will be keeping a strong followup with local customers, answer queries through call and emails, resolve issues with backend teams and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Title: Customer Support Lead

Scheduled: 9 am - 6 pm, 6 days a week.

  • Proficiency in English speaking (is a plus) and writing (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills overall.
  • Must display good empathy with customers to address their queries
  • Must have good skills to handle customer support through calls, live chat and emails.
  • Must be willing to get knowledge about products in order to handle customer complaints.
  • Experienced in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus
  • Must be flexible enough to work in different shift timings
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
