Echo Oil Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager Accounts and Finance to lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the organization. The Manager Accounts and Finance will play a pivotal role in developing financial strategies, monitoring revenues, managing accounts payable and receivable, and coordinating audit activities. You will ensure that all financial data is precise and timely, supporting decision-making processes at the executive level. This position demands a proactive approach to managing financial risks and optimizing the use of ERP systems to streamline accounting functions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of six finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial laws.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes, including audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and timely accounts payable and receivable records, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
- Utilize ERP systems effectively to streamline accounting operations and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
- Monitor company revenue streams and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments to support financial and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage cash flow and oversee financial transactions to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, changes in accounting standards, and emerging financial technologies.
- Ensure all financial documentation and reports comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
