Sales Advisor - Life Insurance | Bahawalpur

EFU Insurance is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor specializing in Life Insurance to join our Bahawalpur team. The ideal candidate manages a team of 20 individuals and plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting our insurance products, and achieving sales targets within the region. This position requires a proactive approach to client engagement, the ability to work closely with a local customer base, and a commitment to upholding the company’s standards and policies. The role demands excellent communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi/Saraiki, with basic English proficiency as an advantage. The Sales Advisor must be based in or near Bahawalpur, possess a valid CNIC, and be comfortable working with a commission-based income model. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring their team meets sales goals and provides exceptional service consistent with EFU Insurance’s values. Ownership of a smartphone with internet access and WhatsApp is essential for effective communication and coordination.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their life insurance needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
Promote and explain the benefits of EFU Insurance life insurance products clearly and effectively to potential clients.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate in-person meetings with clients within the Bahawalpur region, building trust and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Ensure compliance with company policies, onboarding procedures, and licensing requirements necessary for the sales role.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage the administrative aspects of the sales process including documentation, reporting, and tracking sales progress.
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth among the sales team.
Adapt to a commission-based income structure by maintaining high performance and consistently meeting sales goals.
